Private Cremation
With private pet cremation, your pet is cremated separately in a space that guarantees only their ashes will be returned to you to keep as a cherished memory or to scatter them in a special place. Your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in an urn of your choice or within a scatter box. A stainless steel numbered ID tag will be returned with your pet's ashes to guarantee accuracy.
We offer pickup from your vet and return the ashes to the same location.

Communal Cremation
With our communal pet cremation service, you can trust us to provide a cost-effective solution while still guaranteeing a respectful and honorable process for your pet's farewell.
The communal remains will be scattered throughout our 10 acres of treed property in Fruitvale, BC. At Kootenay Cremations, we feel that spreading the ashes in this manner honours the full circle of life.
