Located in Trail, we are less than an hour from all the vets we serve, your pet stays closer to home, spending less time in transit and cold storage. This also allows us to return your pet within one week from the day of receiving them.

At Kootenay Cremations, we use a secure metal tagging system, similar to those used in human cremations, to guarantee that your pet’s ashes are handled with the highest level of care. This tag remains with your pet throughout the entire cremation process, giving you the assurance that the ashes returned to you are indeed your beloved companion’s.

We also offer meaningful pet memorial services, including personalized keepsakes and tribute items. In partnership with Kenyadian Creations, we create these special items in-house, allowing us to return them along with your pet's ashes. Whether you're looking for custom urns or other memorials, we are here to help you honor your pet’s memory in a truly personal way.
